Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unused, in its original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include the order number in the subject of the email.
Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns requesting a refund. No fee is charged if item is exchanged, or Store credit is selected.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
